Board Day 2022
On the 7th of December the Board Day 2022 took place. Boards of student teams, study associations, student associations, and other organizations came together to learn from professionals. By providing training sessions, McKinsey & Company, Strategy&, Gupta Strategists, Shell and our long term partner Deloitte transferred valuable knowledge to the talented students to enhance their boards overall performance.
Business Core Eindhoven is proud to have been able to give Vice President Nicole Ummelen the stage for an opening speech on our sixth Board Day. She gave a speech about the experiences she had during the ten years that she has been part of TU/e’s Executive Board, addressing her vision on our theme for this year: ‘Own your future, embrace a sustainable tomorrow’.
We also gave the stage to Bob Groenhuijsen, he is a business consultant at Deloitte with experience in operations in strategy and transformations in mobility, logistics, retail and banking sectors. In his speech he demonstrated Deloitte’s effort in the energy transition.
